The Room was very clean. 1 Queen bed comfortable. Staff escorted me to my room. Air conditioning worked great, microwave and refrigerator very clean worked good. Only 4 stars because the internet/wifi was out there was no phone in room to contact front desk. Good location to Shopping and Places to Eat. Close to CearsersCasino. I woukd stsy at Riverside Inn & Suites again and I recommend it.

This was quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Now more than ever I feel the responsibility to be as transparent as possible going forward on dealing with businesses, specifically businesses who clearly grift. The photos on Expedia appeared nice, but I was shocked to find the the entire room reeked of mold & mildew. I had to buy a candle to try to mask the smell, which did little to help. There was NO CLOSET, no hangers, no iron , no washcloths, no phone not even tissues in the bathroom. The floors are bare, not even a small rug. There are no outlets to charge your phone on the nightstand. I had to plug my electronics by a chair. I hate when business owners grift, there’s a lot of construction going on in other areas, the hotel is eyesore upon approaching on Riverside dr. 99cent generic ‘Spa green’ shampoo & conditioner. The caulking around the tub was visible, and the tub is too small to comfortably fit a 5’7 inch adult. I wasted every cent of my money, and I would strongly suggest that future clients not do the same. Finally there’s too many unsavory looking people lurking around the hotel. This place is a dump, but the receptionists are very nice….

Place is horrible. No one at the front desk. My wife almost got mugged. Three guys were waiting for her to get out of her car. Bunch of drug addict hanging around and many rooms were just open. Requested to cancel. No safe location.

It was overall clean. I can tell they just got done maybe fixing the room up because of the particles on floor. A little tear on walls and doors and things but nothing major. Very comfy. Beds nice and big and soft and very clean.will definitely be my go to place when im in danville.

Lots of potential, not there yet

It’s clear that this place is in transition and they’re working on getting it in better shape. The staff were very helpful. The room was fine, bed was comfortable, except there’s only a sheet and a thin blanket, so we had to use blankets we keep in the car. The biggest downside was that people appear to live at this hotel, so although we had no problems, we didn’t feel entirely safe. The courtyard is very nice.

Not bad for the money and location

Convenient to Caesars Casino. Clearly undergoing ALOT of renovations, and has a ways to go. Gorgeous courtyard, room was reasonably clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke (a challenge for thise of us allergic to smoke). Fridge and small microwave provided, but no plastic cups or anything for brushing teeth, etc. Bed was relatively comfortable, but no spare pillows, blankets , or towels. I think in a few months, it will be wonderful, once more work is completed.

You pay for what you get. They are renovating the hotel, which is better. They have a bunch of riffraff living as apartments and no wants to worry if they are going to be hit on by the street workers or be robbed. There was no cleaning of the rooms, requested new towels and you only get two sets of everything. No comforters/blankets. I will says it did what we needed it to do for the two nights, but won’t return.
