The bed box frames where two small twin beds pushed together so the mattress and bed lifted up when sitting on it or moving

Nice design, but completely let down.

Rooms were designed nice. However, the pool was not in service which was extremely disappointing. I booked the stay in hopes of the pool. The a/c unit was not adequate, we kept it on 60 but it never actually cooled the room, just kept it tolerable. Towels and wash cloths were terribly stained, that was unnerving.

Half star hotel at a one star price.

Pool looked like a swamp, sheets and towels were heavily stained. Floor was dirty. There was no cold water at all so the water from the sink and shower were scalding hot therefore we were unable to shower after a long road trip. The toilet leaked, and there were quite a few bugs. Overall not the worst place we’ve ever stayed but zero stars , do not recommend. Should have taken more photos.

The room and area was outstanding. Staff was friendly and was willing to assist the customer. Recommendation - Drop Box for keys so that customers can leave the keys no matter what the time may be.

The front desk was very helpful. Answered quickly and attended to all our needs. A few things that bothered us was, one of the bed sheets had a ketchup stain on it. Having white bed covers, stuff like that is noticeable. Also, the ironing table was damaged. Wasn't going to use it but rather see it functional than not. Overall, a good experience. Have used them before and had no complaints then. Would definitely use again.

Good price, decent room

A decent stay priced great. Parking was free and abundant. Never felt unsafe in the area. The sheets refused to stay on the bed, revealing the mattress protector that was torn up and actually shedding pieces. The towels are stained and I found a few burs on one. TV didn't have a remote control. Temperature control was great. Bathroom was clean. There isn't much water pressure. I'd look at the pictures if you're a bigger person. I'm of average size and it felt small. Overall, fine. I'm happy with my weekend stay at a great price.

The rooms are very nice decorated pretty, the front desk clerk was there to help, no concerns or problems drove 12 hours got there before checking time and I was accommodated. Will definitely go back…

Bring your own sheets, towels and Lysol

Although the hotel is recently remodeled, I am 100% positive rhey do not clean. We had to change rooms immediately because our sheets and blankets were visibly dirty. I'm talking crumbs and all. There was sticky residue on the night stand and hair every where. The next room had clean sheets but that was it. I went to the local store to buy my own towels they were so disgusting. You would think cleanliness would be a priority during a pandemic, but I guess not. The only thing good I can say is its close to base and the clerk was nice.
