Very nice cabin! Excellent stay! I would highly suggest driving to the cabin in a 4x4 or AWD vehicle only. The road to the cabin is in poor shape.

The location was gorgeous, and the host certainly thought of everything. We brought out own cookware, but they had every imaginable kitchen appliance on-hand. This also extended to many other areas, and though we personally didn’t need most of them, it showed a lot of consideration on the part of the host.

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is beautifully decorated.Everything was perfect. Our little pup even enjoyed it. It being located by there river really made it so peaceful. We were able to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We had a fire for the cold night and grilled steaks on the grill. The house had everything we needed to make our meal. The house was spotless. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the swing. That was the best part. The road in is a little off roading but we are use to that living on a dirt road in South Georgia. We really would love to come back this summer to enjoy swimming and tubing in the river. The staff was also so friendly and easy to communicate with. And check in was a breeze.

Extremely cozy cabin in the remote woods! The cabin was very clean & had very soft sheets. I appreciate the fact they think about the little things, such as keeping a steamer next to the laundry room just in case you needed to steam your clothes. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with applicances as well! The property was gorgeous- located right on the river. I loved having my coffee outside on the swing overlooking the river. What an excellent stay!! We will definitely be coming back!

The cabin is absolutely perfect and off the beaten path. I would recommend finding the cabin for the first time in the daytime. The road is gravel and the cabin is about a mile back. The road is a little confusing but is well marked with signs for the cabin. I loved the fire pit and stream. It’s so peaceful and only about 6 miles from town.

We absolutely loved the setting of this adorable cabin. It was secluded and right next to the River. The cabin was very well appointed. Beautifully & very thoughtfully designed. We will definitely be returning.

Definitely take note of the host’s comments about the road leading to the property. However, totally worth it! Absolutely stunning place, and the host was so communicative. They also had a cute little Christmas tree, so it felt so cozy. We will absolutely be back!

The cabin could not have been better. Very nice, clean, had everything you would need for relaxing time away. The property is fantastic with a great view of the river. The drive to get there is a little off-roading, be sure to have a 4W or AW drive car. May not be the best if you were planning on going in and out of town frequently. But absolutely perfect for a secluded stay close enough to town if you want to go in for a bit.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin for our honeymoon. The house was very clean and stocked with all of the standard supplies. We had great communication with the owner. Our only complaint is the description of driveway and directions. The driveway was much worse than we expected from the description. Very washed out. Apple and Google Maps did not provide accurate directions. The road is very long and narrow. Did not look like a residential road.

We loved the location of the cabin! It’s tucked away on the bank of the river. The cabin itself is very cozy and the aesthetics of the decor make it very comfortable. The swings and the fire pit are nice touches. We were able to see deer and what we think was a gopher. There were many areas to walk and explore. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

We had such a great time staying at this rental. It was spotless and beautiful! It felt like we were staying in a fairy tale. The road back to the rental is about a mile through the woods on a hilly dirt/gravel road. I would suggest taking a 4-wheel drive. We made it in our Hyundai Tuscon but it rained very hard our last night and we barely made it out the next morning. It was a nerve wracking experience to say the least.Other than that our stay was wonderful!

"Saddle Tree Cabin is an awesome place to stay! The listing was very accurate, and it was incredibly relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the river or kids playing in the shallow water. The cabin is spotlessly clean with nice, modern light fixtures. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked – perfect for anyone who loves to cook! Just a heads-up: if you're arriving after dark, make sure you have very clear instructions for finding it."

Unplug

If you’re looking for a place to unplug and disconnect that is in a picturesque setting, this is your place. The sounds from the stream and the cabin make this a perfect spot to accomplish your goal. I did not mind the WiFi not working as I was not ever there. Like I said unplugged.
