호텔스닷컴은 호텔 연락처를 확인하고 등록을 해야지 연락처가 틀려서 숙박도 못했슴. 환불처리도 일주일이 다되가는데 답변도 없고 기다리라고만 함.

We thought that the villa was overbooked, so that we cannot stay in the reserved villa as scheduled. They just inform us two days before we get there. Moreover, they did not arrange us in the same villa, instead we had to live in a temporary apartment, which is in a very local and dirty place, we felt not secured for the first night. Although they send a driver to pick us up at the airport and deliver the luggages to the original Villa that we have booked on the other day, it stills interrupt our schedules and mood. Furthermore, they offer the daily cleaning service for us as a compensation for the temporary department. However, the cleaners forgot to lock the door, while we get back the villa at night, the door was wide open and we were furious. The excuse that they told me was the key was spoilt, so they were unable to lock the door. What is an absurd excuse! Nevertheless, they offer the spa for us as a compensation of the door accident. They apologize for few times though
