スタッフのサービスや施設は良かったのですが、チェックアウト時、宿泊費は事前にカード決済していたのですが、現金で請求して来ました。何度も説明しても「支払う様に」としつこいので、プリントアウトした旅程番号と予約IDを見せたら、謝って来ました。
