Require trained staff at restaurant not like Tim.

Location of the hotel is very good.Hotel and lobby is beautiful. Very green. All Staff at reception was very very good Rooms are very clean. We booked a normal room which we found very small then we changed to delux room with difference of amount , which was amazing. Everything up to perfect mark except except water they provide limited n is chargable. Vegetarian food options are very less infact Vegetarian should not opt for breakfast as its a waste of money. We only could have bread. The person in restaurant Mr Tim ( thats what he said his name ) was very very rude. I was taking a bread slice in room as there was no option for us so thaught will eat in sometime again , instead being polite very rudly he saying YOU SHOULD ASK ME BEFORE TAKING..where this happens. He could be polite . That really created negative point to the hotel staff and yes be aware of your belongings while check out. We left a pack of cigarettes in the room and went down with luggage . In the lobby realised and told at reception to send someone to get the pack . Person who was there in lobby went up n came down saying there was nothing. Now we left it in room for sure but now either who cheked the room before settling the bill must have taken or who ever. It should have been whatever they find in room they should have firstly informed to the reception or get at reception . But these things really made us unhappy while leaving the hotel .

Beautiful hotel, exceptional service.

The hotel is beautiful and full of charm and character. Service is amazing, friendly accommodating staff. The pool area is beautiful, the pool was very clean and a great temperature. The spa was very professional and massage was great. The Buffet breakfast Rea is really spacious with a variety of hot and cold dishes. Afternoon tea was very cute with drinks and pastries. Overall, a very awesome place to stay. We would come again!

Disappointing

The arranged transfer did not show at the airport and then we were told they were looking for us and to wait even though we waited 30 mins and the airport was empty. The driver was not there and we had to get a taxi. Then the 2 x 30 min massage vouchers included in our room package we couldn’t use. First the spa told us we could have 45 mins not 1 hour for the two combined and then when we booked at 10.30 they then told us they’d made a mistake and it had to be 11.30, so the vouchers were unused. Hotel was very apologetic but it did impact our stay.

Overall good. I had a comfortable stay. It’s not perfect but decent. Great staff, nice design, big room, good water pressure, good AC, good wifi. Bad:Breakfast was consistently over cooked. Some wear and tear with the furniture. Recommend having a motorbike to get around in Da nang in general.

Stayed here for 9 night's. Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. G9t sone great perks because we were staying for quiet a few nights. Gym was disappointing. Pool area is on the small side I think there could be more vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast and afternoon tea.
