Quite a strange experience for a 5star hotel. 1st of all if you're a foreigner you may have a different experience. For a Vietnamese person I was treated quite poorly by the staff. Breakfast buffet was greeted with not allowing us to sit at a six person table although we were a party of 3. Normally it should be 1st come 1st serve. There was another couple who sat at a 6 person table and nothing was said. They of course were not Vietnamese. Then there was the issue of getting reservation for the "free" massage that the hotel offered. Tried to make a reservation and was told there weren't anymore free massage reservations. Only after talking to the manager was a reservation opened for us. 3rd, housekeeping didnt clean the room until late afternoon even after letting housekeeping know that we would be stepping out for lunch for them to clean the room. So after a long day out to come back to a room not reset was quite frustrating.

Awesome Place to Chill in Danang! Love it!

Lovely stay at the Peninsula. The beach here is less crowded than MyKhe. Love all the extras included in our stay like the spa session, and the afternoon tea. Sea view room was also fantastic. And I love the roof top area. Great buffet breakfast at the top floor too! Thank you!
