Everything about the property was great. The only issue was at check-in when the credit card machine was not working and I was told to pay in cash then I was told they did not take Visa only MasterCard after booking the room with Visa. My passport was held onto until the credit card machine was working again. And they took pictures of my credit card, which made me feel very unsafe.

This is in a more local neighbourhood but there are several bigger hotels nearby. Close to the beach and the main strip. Everything looked great from the photos but it was noisy due to the design as the pool was in the courtyard and stairs are metal. There is a massive echo like an acoustic chamber and there were families with kids so it was noisier than I expected. Otherwise the rooms were a good size and convenience store was next door. I stayed a week but though it was overall OK I don't think I would return (just my personal preference as I've stayed in other places so others might find it acceptable and a good value for the price)

Wonderful staff and functional rooms

Itโ€™s a lovely hotel/long stay apartment that is clean and has its own kitchen. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent. They spoke English and helped us arrange different things as our flight was delayed. Pool is not that big, but the hotel was not busy so we had it to ourselves. Would have stayed longer, but they were reconstructing the metal staircase.

Great service, clean rooms and close to the beach

This family run hotel was great for our group of three. We stayed in the 2 bedroom services apartment and it had great amenities. The Service was great and all the staff made us feel welcome and catered to our needs. Breakfast was lovely with local tasty dishes provided with fresh fruit. The location was a short stroll to the beach and beachfront seafood restaurants. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

Great for a seaside family vacation. The property is located in a quiet street. Loved the modern and green architecture. It's just 3 min to the beach. Minimarts and restaurants are within walking distance. We upgraded to family suite with two bedrooms which was really nice. Asian breakfast was excellent. Staff was always helpful and very friendly.

Beautiful place

Perfect hotel, especially for the family. There is the small kitchen in room with enough stuff for cooking or warming food. Very nice breakfirst. Good location. The swimming pool is quite cool because it in the hotel, but it very clean pool. Hotel is very beautiful.

close to beach, great breakfast

stayed 2 nights, location very close to beach, very new hotel and was beautiful. Pool was very nice and breakfast was excellent. Purely vietnamese food, we loved the choices on offer each morning. Shower was spacious and had small clothes rack to dry wet clothes if needed. There was a nice rooftop with a view of the surrounding city and beach nearby. Room was not as big as shown, couch was a bit small and couldn't relax properly, but bedroom were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It did have a kitchen but we didn't have pots or pans or tissues, which was a bit disappointing, for which we found out we could ask for it. Room was so new, the tv was not tuned so there were no channels, but not an issue as we weren't inside much. Otherwise staff were very friendly and nice place to stay and breakfast was the highlight. Would stay here again as it was one of few which had 2 bedrooms in the 1 apartment.

We just stay one night but we use pool. It was very hot day walking around town. Takes a while to get cool down with pool. Breakfast was really fresh Vietnamese pho. Bain me.sushi etc. it was yummy. Staff was all lovely.

This place is very clean and comfortable, soft atmosphere. So friendly and helpful people. I cant bring myself to call them as a stuff, because they were like a family for us. So much care and concern about us in this difficult time. I was moved to tears. Love them. We had delicious local food for breakfast in our balcony every morning.
