This hotel was great from the moment I booked. They were very responsive to my messages to arrange an airport pickup, and all throughout my stay the staff was kind and courteous. The rooms were big and clean. The rooftop pool was clean and refreshing. The included breakfast had many food and made to cook options. The hotel itself is located in a great area with many restaurants within walking distance and the beach a five minute walk away. I had a great time staying at the Golden Lotus Grand.

New hotel, big room, good and comfortable bed. Staff are polite and ready to help. Breakfast buffet is great. It has variety of food for everybody. A lot of tour group guests. Swimming pool on the rooftop has a wonderful view and good range for swimming. Everything was fine until guest from the room next door came back in the evening and started having fun night talk with their friends and got in-out through the balcony door until midnight. Too bad for a new building that the wall doesn't keep noise away at all. It may be because of full glass windows on the balcony side.

The staff are very kind and it was a good location. Cong caphe, beach, spa and everything. I enjoyed the breakfast buffe and afternoon tea as well. It was a shame not to afford to use the free airport shuttle because my other plans. Thank you and hope to see you again.
