I had an amazing experience at Awaken Hotel in Da Nang, thanks to the exceptional service from Nam at the pool bar. Nam made incredible drinks and truly went above and beyond with his customer service—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. He made every visit to the pool feel like a luxury experience. The breakfast buffet was another standout—honestly, some of the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel. The braised ribs were to die for. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt just like home. Highly recommend Awaken to anyone visiting Da Nang!

The ocean front view from our room was spectacular. Although our room was not ready at 14:00 check in time, the room was very nicely decorated as we have requested.. Great service and friendly staff. Lot of mosquitoes at the lobby so may not be a good place to chill down after the walk at the beach.

Staff were magnificent, friendly,charming & always smiling. Room was very comfortable, bed was very comfortable & able to get a good nights sleep. Top restraunt offered great tasty meals & a good view over beach area,Down side, pool was very cold in water,even to cold to be refreshing & for small children. The hotel is lovely and the rooms bathroom are very spacious, but I didn’t find the main staff as friendly. Concierge and housekeeping were lovely but it felt like we went unnoticed and the focus from the reception team was more about policy and deposits. Whilst it’s very near the beach I’d probably choose to stay in Hoi an or another hotel next time.

Only down side was that the pool was very cold, probably due to being under cover and getting no sunlight. It was like swimming in an ice bath, On the up side was that the other facilities were great and the staff were always helpful and pleasant, food was great and cleanliness was of a great standard
