The staff was very kind. We initially had two separate rooms. When we asked if we could have one large family room, the manager was very accommodating. We will definitely return to this hotel if we ever visit Da Lat again.

My say at the nature, Hotel has been one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Every aspect of the hotel is relaxing, i.e., the scenery, the furnishings interior decorating. It is also located near a number of excellent restaurants and around the corner from Crazy House which is a must say

Everything was nice, but what really made a difference was how friendly and professional the staff were. Special shoutout to Mr. Phuc at the front desk – you saved us more than once. When I came to hotel, I had to wait 30 mins more for check in and then was informed that the room I booked was full. I was offered to take another one but it was so hot at daytime and the hotel runned out of fan.
