This was our second time here. Last year was great, this year not so much. Overnight front desk guy was very unpleasant. During check in we paid cash and he never offered a receipt, we had to ask for it and he seemed surprised. Never ever smiled. We stayed 5 nights and every time we got back to the hotel he had a mad face on, so much that made us uncomfortable. Day guys were fine and courteous. Management needs to retrain the staff to be more pleasant. Because of just one guy, we may never go back.

Good business Hotel

A small business oriented hotel in the heart of Batel, Curitibia. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke reasonable English ( a rare finding in Brazil) Rooms were clean and not so luxury. Breakfast was just above basic. No gym.

Bom hotel mas com alguns detalhes negativos. São dois prédios separados, um para apartamentos standard e outro para luxo superior, não está claro esse detalhe na plataforma. Outro ponto negativo é o ruído nos apartamentos de frente. Boa localização e equipe atenciosa.

O hotel é bem localizado, está renovado e é funcional para uma curta estadia. Café da manhã muito bom. Garagem é apertada mas é no local com pagamento extra. Apenas as saboneteiras do banheiro são ruins, precisar colocar sabonetes em barra.
