Great location! Hotel is clean and breakfast is very good. One thing was really a problem was communication with the hotel. I had reservations for a few days and got stranded in São Paulo where all flights were canceled and the hotel refused to give me a discount or an extra day. My not showing up on the day of reservation was completely out of my control.

Nothing special, same level as Ibis for example. Cost benefit if you're looking to save some money. Towels were super dry and old, AC was noisy, but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.

A Limpeza estava excelente o quarto é muito confortável. O único ponto “negativo” foi o primeiro contato com a recepcionista, pois cheguei antes do horário do check in e perguntei se haveria possibilidade de liberar o quarto, mesma informou que nao.
