The offer free breakfast on the rate that I paid and travel all the way there. At my arrival they did not honor the free breakfast promotion even though I showed them what I pay for. The staff was rude. I do not recommend it.

Me gustó mucho mi estadía en este hotel. Las habitaciones son cómodas, el personal es amable y el ambiente en general es muy agradable. Sin duda lo recomendaría para quienes buscan una buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, es importante mencionar que no cuenta con acceso adecuado para personas con discapacidad, ya que las habitaciones están en la primera planta y solo se puede acceder por escaleras (no hay rampa ni elevador). Sería ideal que mejoraran este aspecto para hacerlo más accesible para todos.

El desayuno que agregas 95 pesos a la habitación está muy bien servido y son amables los meseros. Las camas estaban Agusto, y muy amplias. Solo extrañe la falta de sillón. Solo hay una silla algo incómoda.
