Room only did not eat in hotel. Hotel was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, shower was easy to use. No Aircon but they provided a fan. Pool times were not convenient for us. Fixed shower drain issue but occurred again when not in use, hopefully now sorted. Would have been nice to have been offfered something for the inconvenience.

Dog friendly, great location

We stayed in the garden rooms which are relatively new. Everything was good and convenient. We didn't use the hotel facilities or restaurant, as we were on the beaches all day. It's an amazing location which is why we chose it really, and the hotel is comfortable. Dog friendly.

Lovely hotel, staff and an amazing restaurant.

A lovely hotel full of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing. My only criticism is that the bed was very uncomfortable and hard. This wouldn’t stop is from coming back again though.

Wonderful Hotel...So clean...So Quiet...........Only thing that spoiled my stay was the water tasted awful and i was not able to make tea and coffee in my room...When i said about this i had to pay £4 for a bottle of water so i could make some drinks.....Because this was a problem and not a extra i feel i should of not been charged for it.

Some areas (sports bar) were a little tired but overall a really lovely place to stay. Lots to do and great places to visit. West Runton was fabulous and a brilliant location from which to explore North Norfolk.

Could not fault this hotel, unfortunately I did not have evening dinner but the breakfast was lovely, the room I had was excellent and the location of the hotel is perfect, a 3 minute walk to the village
