Overall the Apartment itself is very nice. There were 4 adults and 1 child and it was more than spacious. However….1) they fail to mention it’s on a VERY steep hill (as the rest of the town). The listing is right in that it’s a quick walk down to the beach but if anyone in your party has any mobility issues or are older, they will NOT be able to walk down, let alone come back up, which is exponentially harder. You CAN take a car into town but good luck finding parkingSome of the “amenities” (or lack of) were odd. We stayed for 3 weeks, and there was no change of sheets or towels in the apartment, you had to track someone down to request them. There is a nice kitchen but had no basics (salt/pepper/sugar/coffee filters/ bread knife), so we had to buy everything. There was no machine to wash clothes! You COULD wash them in the unit below for 5/load, which honestly is really nickel and diming people. There were basic small appliances (coffee pot, toaster, iron) but they all had a 3prong plug. the only 3 prong outlet was in the awkward far back corner of the kitchen, above the microwave. No regular broom to sweep up sand after a trip to the beach, just these washable swiffer brooms and NOWHERE to wash them. The closet shelves aren’t attached and fell apart while I was putting away clothes. again, very nice apartment, and if you're young, fit, and staying a short time, probably fine. if you have older people, young children, or staying for a while maybe not ideal.
