Beautifully furnished flat for 2 people in Crikvenica. The 46 m2 flat is located on the ground floor of the house facing the sea and is divided into a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living/dining room with kitchen. The apartment has satellite TV and WLAN internet access. There is a private terrace of approx. 18 m2 in front of the entrance to the holiday flat. There are also two terraces available to you and all guests of the house. One of the communal terraces also offers a beautiful view over the rooftops to the sea. The garden and barbecue are available to you and all guests of the house. The swimming pool is located behind the house and is shared with three other flats. A daily fee is charged for use of the pool. The car park is located on the property.
