Swimming pool (approx. 26°) and hot tub (from 16 years old) closed in November. The building was built on a sloping plot. The floors are considered as levels numbered from the residence floor. In case of heavy snowfall, it is forbidden to clear snow from the terraces, according to the administrator's instructions. Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Oct. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra).
