Located in a superb position, a short walk to the main street cafes and shops and a stroll to the north facing front beach.

Featuring a stunning open plan living downstairs opening to the tiled alfresco with outdoor bbq and seating area. The fabulous stainless steel kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, features a huge walk in pantry, perfect for storing all those essential holiday purchases. The adjacent dining area opens to the kitchen and sliding doors connect it to the alfresco.

A master bedroom on the ground level with en suite bathroom is perfect for those wanting a single level bedroom or if you would like a quiet space away from the family. The second level has a master bedroom with en suite, a bedroom with tribunk and two further bedrooms with sets of bunks and trundle beds. A family bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. The rumpus room opens to the balcony and has glimpses of the sea.

This beautiful beachhouse features ducted heating and cooling and quality furnishings throughout. Internet and large screen televisions in the living rooms.

Mums Group Getaway

Great property for our group to get away. Lots of room for portacots. Only thing is stairs are hard to close off if you have little ones. Plenty of bathrooms and great stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Overall it was a fantastic place for us to base out of.

Booked at the last minute, the property is very clean and tidy. Close to centre of Philip island, spacious and have a nice alfresco with bbq facility. Definitely recommended
