Overall very good.Very close to amenities. Because of this it has associated noise and was woken by the sound of motor vehicles.Actual space very beautiful and functional. Beds were comfortable although I have a preference for cotton sheets.I recommend for host to supply a sponge to wipe down benches and clean dishes if visitors prefer to wash dishes by hand rather than the dishwasher. The large blue plates dont fit in the dishwasher. Also a scrubber would be useful to clean pots where food has stuck to the base. Paper towel, salt and pepper, cooking oil and face washers are other suggestions.Overall we did very much enjoy our stay but these are minor suggestions for improvements.Thanks very much for our stay. We made a mistake with interpreting cost of stay for each night and booked at a cost over our budget. We notified the manager and they adjusted the cost to a rate we thought was more manageable. That was very much appreciated.

Negative: No hairdryer provided. Constant emails & texts as didn’t bring one. Not avail until 3 days later then he said “there was one, will this do”. No sorry for not providing as per booking. Not enough towels - only 3 for whole house. This was brought up at the start with hairdryer. Constant interruption to get these items - which only came when the dishwasher flooded the kitchen. Due to not enough towels to clean up, he showed up unannounced bc I had phone on & off as on break. Caught me in my PJs. He had to enter my personal space & interrupted my time & peace. Delivered extra towels & hairdryer after 3 days of a 7 night booking bc of flooded kitchen. He claimed he knew the dishwasher was playing up, but did nothing before my arrival. Constant communication abt a trade coming or not coming to fix dishwasher. Finally day 5 not coming until next week. Too many inconveniences to settle in. I booked for privacy yet he was in my space & mind, as had two showers daily for sport, yet bed with wet hair & start day wet hair & limited towels. He wouldn’t have shown up if DW was working, so very displeased that he kept me thinking of him & the lack of attention to the required & booked items. Shower pressure very low. One tea towel, none extra in cupboards. No salt or pepper. No basic condiments. No manuals for anything. Positive: location, cleanliness (however dirty spoon in drawer with red dried sauce on it). Comfy bed. Wifi. Private garage. Split system heating.
