I didn’t receive the email concerning address, safe code etc. I was on hold for 35 minutes with the property manager who then accidentally hung up on me. Phillip Island HH were finally able to help and were extremely kind. The house had 4 showers only two had shower mats. The hot water service did not service the amount of people adequately. We needed to use the booster button which then took 2 hours to reheat.The introduction ad did not specify it was a solar heated pool. (Extremely disappointed).The fire place had a remote control with no instructions on how to operate it.The air conditioners remote had flat batteries which we had to purchase. The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped.
