The property was great. Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff was very hospitable. We enjoyed interacting with Tina every morning and her greay service. We felt safe and there was security on the compound throughout the day. I would definitely recommned this hotel.

Overall this property is ideally located in Couva which allowed for ease in getting to those areas within the vicinity that we needed to get to. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. We felt very safe also. So kudos to the management.

The room was spacious and clean. The plumbing fixtures under the sink could be hidden or enclosed. The dead lock on my door was working so I felt a bit insecure. No coffee or tea in the room. My room was not made up upon checkin. Was transferred to another building for one night. This was disappointing and inconvenient.
