Welcome to Seal Bay Guest House! Nestled near Mt. Washington, Comox Valley and Courtenay, our cozy 4-bedroom retreat sleeps 8 and is perfect for families, groups, and pet lovers. Enjoy direct trail access, a relaxing hot tub, and all the comforts of home, including a pack 'n' play for little ones. Explore nearby beaches, ski slopes, and outdoor adventures, or unwind in rustic charm. Whether you're here for relaxation or excitement, Seal Bay Guest House is your ideal getaway.

A spacious retreat crafted with care and history. Built from lumber milled and processed on-site by the property’s previous owner, a woodworking teacher, this home is full of rustic charm and character.

Located at the back of the property, the guest house offers privacy and plenty of space for families to enjoy. Behind the house, there’s room for kids to play and pets to roam (please note the area isn’t fully fenced, so dogs should remain leashed). Guests also have direct access to Seal Bay trails, perfect for walking, hiking, or even a scenic trek to the ocean.

Inside, the house is thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. Families can gather at the dining room table for meals or games and relax together in the cozy living room by the TV. With its spacious layout and tranquil setting, Seal Bay Guest House is ideal for creating lasting memories.

Please note: The property owners live in a separate house on-site. All amenities behind the guest house are exclusively for guest use, while those in front are reserved for the owners.

Great getaway with friends!

All you need for a mid-island adventure. The property is located right next to seal bay park and the can access the trails through the backyard! The property was clean, hosts were responsive and everything including the hot tub worked perfectly. Our group of 7 had a comfortable stay and had this space had everything we needed :)

Work Retreat Perfection

This was a wonderful property and was perfect for our work retreat. The house was very clean and bright with great spaces for us to work and relax. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was good and pretty well stocked for cooking (though it could have used a can opener and dishcloth). We loved the location backing onto Seal Bay park where we were able to take multiple walks daily. We couldn't have asked for a better space and location. Thanks!
