The house was just as listed on VRBO. We had 9 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The detached living quarters really added to the property. We enjoyed seeing eagles, deer, river otters. The kids really enjoyed the airplanes taking off and landing. The host was super nice. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The Property was nice. Location was great. It was quiet and had tons of sitting spaces, beds, and bathrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful View!

We had another great stay at The Fish House! We enjoyed evening dinner on the back porch and morning coffee with the best view of the White River. We had everything we needed! We will visit again, for sure.

Excellent spot on the white

Wonderful home with everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Fire pit came in handy at night. Very clean, huge tv on the dining room. Excellent spot for fishing. Hope to stay here next year. Thank you for an awesome stay.

We loved staying at your house, it is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The river views are just breathtaking. We loved sitting in the front room, drinking our coffee and watching the fishermen and the planes. Great outdoor space, other than the deck being remodeled but that was no issue for us. Great river access with the dock, but the bank access was great as well.we really enjoyed our stay and we will return. Thank you for a great retreat with our family.

This beautiful home is in the perfect location, right on the river. It has great river access and wonderful views from most of the home. The outdoor area is a beautiful place to enjoy a fire or just gather and visit. The home is well stocked and very clean. Management was very quick to respond and was very kind.

The house is beautiful and well stocked. We really enjoyed the views of the river from the home and the easy access to the river—it is literally in your backyard. The outdoor area is great for gathering with family and friends, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.The manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to our questions.Highly recommend and we will be coming back.

Great house! Beautiful views throughout the house. The river is literally in your back yard. The house is very well maintained, all the amenities you would need. The Garage suite is a great addition for big groups. The host was very nice and very accessible. Responded very quickly to my questions and was super helpful.We will return again. Highly recommend.

Best of the best places to stay in Cotter Arkansas

The house is roomy, very clean, has everything you need for your stay. You have a beautiful river view from most of the house. The river is at your fingertips. The outside deck views are breathtaking and perfect place for entertaining. Highly recommend this home for your next get away. I will be returning. Perfect place for a large family gathering.

House is fantastic, the property managers were responsive to an issue we had. Great neighborhood and river access. We were very happy with our stay and will stay here again.One thing, and this is not a knock on the house, because the house is BEAUTIFUL. But there are a few stairs in the house that you must go up and down daily. In case you have anyone with mobility issues in your group. No big deal otherwise.

guys trip to the river house

The house is beautiful, clean and fantastic views of the river through out the home. Very well stocked, we were able to stay in and cook our meals and had everything we needed. Brandee is quick to respond to any questions, needs or concerns. Always very prompt. The fishing was great. They were in the process of redoing the river bank and it looks great and will give even better river access once complete. We will definitely come back next year.

Peace on the river

Nothing better than to sit on the deck and hear the sounds of the river and the eagles. Awesome location on the White River. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a very well stocked kitchen. Master bed is super comfortable, and the huge dining table creates a space for conversation while staring out at the river and forgetting city life. Minutes from town, great burgers and sandwiches a From the Gassville Freeze King, and free airshow entertainment any day of the week watching the private pilots do touch ‘n’ go’s outside your front door. The recent renovations have really upped the game for this awesome White River home.

Beautiful place

Great place, was under construction, contractors working about a couple days. Dock, river access, patio space was all limited due to construction. Would have liked to receive some communication from Evolve or VRBO - very expensive place to share with contractors and deal with limited access. Great neighbors but the parking is a bit of an issue as well - especially with construction equipment on site. All this said, we would go back once construction is wrapped up.

Great location but not large enough for 10 guys

Great location and layout but i would not recommend it for groups larger than 6 adults. There are 2 bedrooms that show 2 beds in each which is technically accurate but the rooms are extremely small especially when trying to use the beds. The other limitations are the 2 pullout couches in the basement cannot both be used at the same time as the room is not large enough for that. All of the indoor and outdoor spaces are great and we enjoyed our stay but it is not one i would select for large groups of adults.

Great getaway.

Chose this for a family getaway to fly fish. Everyone loved it. A ton of space and beds. Different living areas were nice. Huge dining table where we could all get together. Great river access and easy to get to. Overall wonderful experience.
