The inviting living area upstairs boasts two leather couches, side chairs, and a TV, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a countertop island with seating, and a formal dining table.

The primary bedroom exudes upscale coastal elegance and has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a private balcony where night owls can sit and delight in the breeze. You'll find plush white bedding and premium mattresses in the comfortable guest bedrooms. The second bedroom has balcony access, and the third features a fun bunk bed! These two rooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Downstairs, you’ll find an additional half bath and laundry room for guest use.

Birthday Trip

This property was in a brand new subdivision and was a beautiful, spacious townhouse on a canal. It was just across the bridge from Bradenton Beach. The kitchen was well stocked, the outdoor spaces were wonderful. There were a couple of issues including several ants in the master bedroom & bath and trash not picked up from the large can in the garage before our arrival or during our stay. Management was quickly responsive when we inquired about these concerns via text but unfortunately they did not address these issues during our stay. As this is a new property, I'm sure these things will be worked out over time. Overall, this was a great rental that was very close to the beach and multiple restaurants and activities.

Visited the area for a recent couples golf trip, and the vacation home we secured truly enhanced our overall experience. This spacious and well-appointed residence exceeded our expectations with an upscale interior with beautiful views of the canal, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our group. The bedrooms were cozy, and everything in this rental was brand new. The kitchen and living spaces allowed us to gather for meals and have time to catch up and a foosball table for friendly competition. Its proximity to Anna Maria Island and its pristine beaches allowed us to unwind after challenging days on the golf course. The property was incredibly clean, and the management company was attentive and available if we needed anything. We’re already planning our return to this Bradenton gem, thank you for hosting us.
