Sound Escape is an ideal destination for family and friends. Within steps of Magnolia Bay and the Currituck Sound, you will delight in the surrounding water views as the vistas promise to mesmerize. Location and house was nice, but very disappointed

Disappointed in the overall cleanliness of house. Cob webs over all lamp shades, web s hanging from ceiling fans. Random spiders in house. Spider all over the outside of back of house and hanging under roof of front porch. Broken toilet in first floor master. Called village realty, exterminator came out next day. Toilet was fixed. Tried to clean inside, never completed the job. Would not rent this house again. Have stayed in this area many times, worst rental I have had yet.
