Fantastic first stay in OBX

The house is phenomenal! Very clean, pool was great, dogs loved the yard, very close to the beach access. All the appliances worked and they had two of everything. Two fridges, two dishwashers, coffee makers, toasters. Kitchen had every thing you need to cook a great meal for family. We loved the location in a quieter, less crowded Corolla. One thing I would say, which has nothing to do with the house itself, is that traffic getting thru Duck to the house isn’t the best. Leave plenty of time to get to Kitty Hawk or KDG if you have dinner reservations. We will be back to OBX again! Property manager was a great communicator and made everything super easy.

House was beautiful ! Loved the layout and closeness to the beach. Pool Was amazing size for our group and plenty of yard space . Kitchen and dining area very accommodating for a large gro. Flies in the yard were annoying.

Amazing Property!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property, and it is always great! The neighborhood and beach are quiet and absolutely lovely. Be sure to visit the local beer garden and the ice cream shop! The house is an easy walk to and from the beach. The backyard is huge and we appreciate the space. The pool at this house is one of the best we have ever had! This year we had 10+ people and floats in the pool with room to spare. The house has everything you could need and want for your beach vacation. The house was EXTREMELY CLEAN! We are so grateful we found this rental property!

Family vacation

Great house: plenty of room for our group of 16, wonderful kitchen and great room; large dining room table for family meals. Loved the pool and the beach, the game room for the shuffle board and billiards matches and the theater room. Plenty to do around Corolla besides the beach -- especially enjoyed the mini-golf and the bicycle riding. Had a really relaxing and fun week.

Perfect home for our family vacation!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation! Loved every bedroom having an en suite bathroom, the pool and yard are glorious, kitchen had everything we needed, laundry on two floors, theater room was great and the kids and adult kids enjoyed the arcade game. This is our 5th year in a row vacationing as a family (grandparents, our kids and grandchildren) and this was the best property so far! Hoping to return next year! Thanks James for your hospitality!

OBX getaway

This is a large immaculate house a block off the beach within walking distance to old Corolla. Fully equipped kitchen, huge pool, new hot tub, nice great room. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Absolutely a wonderful property

I absolutely loved this property. I was a great place for me and my family and friends for the weekend. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5.0 is because the bottom rec area was not sufficiently cleaned. The floor was not mopped and we could see several spill spots on the floor and refrigerator has some residue. There was one bathroom with a dirty towel left in it. Even so, I would highly recommend this property and return on another vacation.

Beautiful property, great location!

This is a great location in Corolla. The property is in new, and is in great shape, it is setup great for a vacation stay with pool table and arcade. Host was very responsive to questions.

Excellent vacation home!

My friends and I do an annual trip we call FamJam, and we chose this house for our 4th annual celebration. This house was absolutely perfect and fit all of our needs! We loved the fact that each couple got their own master suite with bathrooms and TVs! The downstairs game room was also great, we were always down there playing shuffleboard or the arcade game. The house had so much room and the seating areas were comfortable for our lazy lounge days! The cinema room was a huge hit and we all spent time in there watching movies. Overall this house is perfection and we are already planning to book it for our 5th annual FamJam trip!
