We had a great stay at this property. The place is exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and with beautiful water views. The location is excellent, especially for families with kids, with easy access to the beach and plenty of space to relax.A special mention to the host, who was extremely helpful. We had an issue with our car at checkout, and they kindly lent us jumper cables so we could get going again. That level of support really made a difference and was greatly appreciated.Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend this property to others.

We had such a beautiful stay in Corlette. The house is right on the water and the view over the bay is honestly incredible. The large veranda was our favorite spot — we spent so much time there just sitting, relaxing, and enjoying the scenery Everything in the house was very clean and comfortable, and it had absolutely everything we needed for an easy holiday stay , even an air fryer, which was a nice surprise. The location is truly 10/10. Waking up with the water right in front of you feels special every day. It’s peaceful, scenic, and still close to everything around Nelson Bay and Corlette.The host was very responsive and helpful with every question we had, which made the stay feel smooth and stress-free.We genuinely loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Port Stephens.

My husband and I plus our daughter and granddaughter stayed at this property in December 2024 and enjoyed our stay so much we had a return visit. Our granddaughter turned 2 while we were there and she loved the beach. Having the beach as just down the stairs was so convenient. The property was perfect for us and we loved the view. Ryan messaged us to check everything was ok, which it was. The kitchen is well provisioned and the lounge very comfortable. Having two car spots was great as well. We will be back.

Great view, beautiful property. Only one thing that we were not aware of is that there was a big dog on the bottom premise which made it difficult to let the kids go in and out without an adult at all times as dog would follow into the water when trying to fish. The owner was a very lovely man but we opted for a beach house so kids could fish at anytime.

The host was amazing. He communicated with us throughout our stay to check if everything was ok. When the BBQ gas ran out he had a new cylinder there the next day. The apartment was clean and the view and location was amazing. Exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

The place needs a good clean, the bathmats were filthy and the toilet scrubbing brush container had water in it from the scrubbing and stunk. The floors have not been washed in a long time, couldn’t wear bare feet because my feet were black. Only one sheet on the bed so would have had to share the community doona! The owner supplied new sheets on request. The stairs are a killer not the owners fault. On a good note the view was excellent so was the air conditioning!
