Just a couple of minor things, could not find the tv remote. Eventually found under cushions with some Chippies and child’s toy. Also milk left had passed its expiry date. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Clean and well equipped apartment and good location for us as we wished to be best near the Corlette Marina. The only thing to keep in mind is that the fourth bedroom does not achieve darkness as it has skylights with no coverings. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful holiday home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such a beautiful holiday home. The location was superb, right on the water and the home itself was just beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful amenities. The only thing that was a let down, was the laundry/ washing machine/dryer situation. The washer/dryer was downstairs which wasn’t an issue. But we were 2 families staying at this home and the washer dryer could only hold a load of 8kg/ 4kg. We had to wash each day as kids and us were in and out of the water and this washer/dryer machine was not big enough for our families. We ended up having to go to the laundromat to do our washing which was inconvenient. If there as a washer and a dryer separate to each other that were a little bigger, this problem would have been resolved and this holiday home would be a 10/10. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole team from Stay Port Stephens make our family holidays an absolute pleasure. From prompt and attentive service to a seamless check in and out experience, the stay is always enjoyable - and it’s our third time staying at Baydream on the Beach. The property was immaculate and offered everything we needed - kitchen supplies and space for a toddler to frolic. The proximity to the water was wonderful. There is a private beach 10 metres away to go for swimming or kayaking.

Worst customer service and experience it ruined our holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having undergone chemo treatment for several months, was looking forward to a relaxing getaway up the coast and decided to stay at Baydream. Property looked in the photos but was extremely small and squashed even though it says it fits up to 10 guests - we only had 5. There wasn’t enough space for the cars to be parked and it wasn’t clear as to where parking was allowed. We had upon arriving at the property parked a vehicle in the way of another guest which we moved immediately upon being notified. Check in was after 3pm and check out was at 10am - so we essentially paid $1,635 for less than 48hours. During the 48hours we had no hot water, received a call from a messaging service with a delayed message to move our vehicle because it was blocking a guest which had already been addressed, received shocking experience from the other guests staying in the other unit, was without authorised charged an additional $55 on top of the ~$400 already charged for cleaning. Extremely disappointed with the really poor service and experience. I would NOT recommend staying here. Save your money - there are loads of better places to enjoy a beautiful weekend away at port stephens/corlette.

Everything about our stay was great. From the time of our booking to the cleanliness of the house and the great location, everything made this an enjoyable weekend for all our guests.

We won't come back becasue of this horrible house host. My mom brought her own kettle but we forgot the kettle base and I request to send it back but they throw it away so we can't use the kettle anymore! the wind blew an artificial pot down from the coffee table. I checked the vase was broken but the srtificial plant was totally fine. And I said thats okay I will pay for the vase although it was the wind blew it down but it happened during our stay but the house host charged me $200 without clarify the whole incident. Terrible terrible host.

Thank you for a lovely stay at this beautiful accommodation.

Overall the accommodation was beautiful however the balcony needed a sweep and mop and the outdoor furniture on the balcony could be upgraded with something a little more comfortable with a weather cover to match the rest of this wonderful property. However I would still highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again

Baydream was beautiful, the best location

The property was spacious, neat and tidy and very modern. The location and views were exceptional, we had dolphins swim past most days, very close to the waters edge. I would follow up regarding Wi Fi availability as we had two of our children doing uni work and they both couldn't connect at the same time which was very frustrating. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend this property.
