Very good….room for improvement

Very enjoyable one night stay. At check in Emma was very kind and helpful in getting us a room that suited us…. this was a great start. We were very happy with our room. Breakfast was very good and there was a lovely lady who gave us a table that we liked. The cooked breakfast was good but for a person not having a hot meal, the fruit was disappointing. Also the orange juice was awful and the brown bread was stale

Great Location&Staff—but interior courtyard rooms

Great hotel and staff. The only drawback was a courtyard interior facing room on a corner by a walkway…limited privacy and I missed fresh air during a 4 nite stay. Great location so would stay again but exterior.

Proximity to everything! Great staff. Lovely hotel and room size for 3 people. It made us all feel safe and secure at night with the doorman/security staff. The hotel is located around many homeless and vagrants, security in the door of the hotel as a precaution, went out at 10pm on a Saturday evening and was instantly followed by 2 individuals, informed security on my return who just smiled, staff un attentive, the in house coffee shop do not acknowledge that you require service (on the 2 occasions I tried) many emails to check in online and check out but when tried to proceed with this service it then asks you to check out at the reception

No complaints - overall it was a nice, comfortable stay! Breakfast was a nice assortment and reasonably priced. Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and hotel was quiet. The gym and pool/sauna area looked great, but I was too busy to try them out. Overall decent stay, but no wow factor.
