Mosquito nets are fitted in the windows and 2 powerful central air-conditioned units, of 24.000 btu each, are located in the living areas of each floor, cooling down quickly the whole villa even during the hottest days.

The outdoor areas of the villa, equally impressive, are completely fenced. The private swimming pool measures 10m x 5m (Roman Steps, depth 1.5m) and is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens with lawn. Comfortable sunbeds for all the guests and parasols are provided. The lovers of al-fresco dining will truly fall in love with the huge outdoor kitchen, equipped with brick-built barbecue and even a wood burning oven!
