Probably better places to stay for price.

The lobby is nice and one of the better Argentina breakfasts. Our floor was in need of some maintainence and cleaning. Room needed the same (carpet cleaning, air conditioner/heater cleaning, paint). With a little investment could be a descent.hotel.

Good location. Right at Plaza San Martin

The staff is very kind and helpful but the room was dissapointing for being a 4 star hotel. Carpet and bed sheets old. Phone not working. The restroom not very comfortable.

Great stay in Mendoza

Very central in the CBD of Mendoza. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in this clean hotel with excellent services and a great breakfast. Rates were a great price. Would stay here again.

Location was good, in the heart of the city

I was dissapointed with the hotel in general. I found it too noisy, hard to relax and felt my privacy was invaded in many occassions by hotel's people comming into our room, when I was away, a few times during the day apart from the normal cleanning time. The level of cleaness was very poor with big stains on the carpet, mouldy bathroom and soiled towels

Close to sights; DESPERATELY needs new carpet!

Great location, super super super friendly and helpful staff - I didn't think people could be that helpful! They arranged tours and made excellent restaurant recommendations and were soooo nice. The hotel itself desperately desperately needs new carpet - it was AWFUL! Our room also had a really, really bad old cigarette smell - if you are allergic to cigarette smoke, this is not the hotel for you. Had there been new carpet, we do not think that this smell would prevail. Breakfast was awesome.

Horrible hotel

No water in the hotel when we were there. The toilet smelled horrible all over the room, no shower. The breakfast was not of good quality. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Great Location

The hotel is nearby all the good spots. The front desk attendants are very solicitous. The breakfast is ok. The bathroom isn´t new nor big. And had only a bathtub with those terrible plastic drapes... that was the low point of room. Other than that, i have no complaints.

Hotel en decadencia (lo conozco hace 8 años ) lo escogía por Lan ubicación en el centro pero es el último año que voy...instalaciones muy deterioradas Vigilar a los que tenéis visado de turista porque si no decís nada os intentan cobrar el 21%de un IVA que ya no tienen derecho a conbrarte
