The hotel is based in a great location, just a few minutes from the Central Station. It was very clean, quite high tech. The room was big enough for 1 pers (max 2). I decreased the score a bit because of the view. Got a room on the 1st floor. The view was blocked by the back of another building, not the view I expected. They should have a room rating system.

Great location for seeing Copenhagen, especially Tivoli and the university area. The hotel is very modern and clean, staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are unusual — square bed, controls handled via a tablet supplied by the hotel. We’re retirees and found this a bit challenging, but ultimately we enjoyed the place.

The location was absolutely perfect for Tivoli park. The room itself is definitely smaller than I expected; I’d almost even say it’s a capsule hotel. But, it was cute, the smart tv was a nice touch and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere hands down. The staff was some of the friendliest as well. Would def stay there again now that I know what to expect.

The rooms are very small. With that said we have stayed here before because we love the location. The staff is super friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. We will stay again. The bed was made perfectly I had just laid on it. You can see how small. We travel for work and have a lot of luggage so it is tight.

I've visited over 60 countries. This hotel is one of the kind, well designed and engineered. Our room was a little bit smaller than expected, however, it was a smart room, fully controlled by an iPAD. Super quiet and mint clean. The breakfast was an international high quality one. Not a luxury one though.

Perfect location just steps from the Metro. I LOVED the iPad control of everything in the room! The room was small but had excellent storage. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Property was very clean and quiet. During checkin we got to choose the type of view we wanted at no additional cost. All the room controls (lights, AC, heat, etc.) are controlled by an iPad at your bedside. The biggest challenge was figuring out “how” to have minimal lighting in the room when others were sleeping. It ended up being easy to do, but one does need to get use to it because with the iPad control all lights are either On or Off; however, we found a nightlight function which was a separate lighting feature.

The staff go over and above here! Whether you’re just a couple, on business or if you have an elderly or disabled person accompanying you, this is easily one of the best places to stay. Can’t thank the staff enough for making our trip a huge success.

Great hotel, meant for singles or young couples

Great hotel and location, staff went above and beyond. Only drawback is that the rooms are very small and the sink is actually in the living space, this created frustration for us. I probably won't stay here again, for the cost I think the rooms should be a little larger with property space separation. Even the bed was awkward as one person had to hop over the other to get in and out in the middle of the night.
