This place is the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed. I was assigned a room upon checking. When I went to use the restroom the toilet had what looked to be fecal matter on the seat. I went to the front desk and informed the attendant. She then assigned me to another room. At first glance everything seemed fine UNTIL my son pulled back the sheets and there was a huge urine stain on the sheets that went all the way down to the mattress pad. So once again I went to the front desk and showed her the pictures of the bed. I expressed my disgust and asked for a refund. I was told she could not make that call but she would let her manager know the problem, and was was given more bed linen. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room so she said my son could take the one in the first room to the second room. The next day the management to the room to bring more linen and I explained to him that we had already changed the bed the night before. I guess he expected us to use the soiled linen. I then demanded a refund and was told I would receive a refund for one of the two days rental. The next day at checkout nothing had been resolved. I came back two days later and was told I could not get a refund because it was booked thru Expedia. The manager then called his manager and I was still told I couldn't get a refund. That person then contacted his manager and I was once again told I could not receive a refund. All this plus the pool is full of green nasty fungus looking water. RUN
