Conveniently located off US31 with ample parking features 339 feet of frontage on Crooked Lake. This condo features 2 bathrooms, 1 private bedroom and offers commanding views of Crooked Lake.

Bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bathroom. Studio apartment side offers a queen murphy bed and its own bathroom. There are games for entertainment and the condo is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home.
-Max of 4 guests
-No pets of any kind due to HOA By-Laws
-A dock slip is available for rent, please inquire. $25/night.
-Gas Grill available beach side.
-Fire pit available beach side, wood is not provided.
-Coin washer and dryer available on site in the Community Room.
-Kayaks available for rental June-Sept 15. M, L & XL life vest available, please inquire. The kayaks are available on a first come, first serve basis as we manage a couple different rentals here. You must fill out a wavier prior to using.
-Trailers: Are not allowed on the site, arrangements will need to be made for off site parking, we can assist.
