Finca-style Pool-Villa "LA LORIA" for up to 6 persons with subtropical palm garden, with free WiFi, airconditioning and a safe. Surrounded by a beautiful palm garden is the comfortable pool villa LA LORIA with 100sqm living space in finca style for up to 6 people. It is exceptionally well equipped, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, with a nice terrace in front of the upper main bedroom, large covered porche and large terrace directly by the pool in the subtropical garden. The upper bedroom has an air conditioning hot / cold. There is also a safe. In the garden is a large, private swimming pool measuring 8x4m, as well as barbecue grill. There is also an outside shower, garden and terrace furniture, sun loungers and secure car parking. The holiday house is located about 1.500 m from the nearest bay 'Puntalejos', to the bay 'Cala Aceite' it is about 2 km. The 3 bedrooms have one double bed and the other 2 single beds, plus a cot and a high chair. The large fully equipped modern kitchen includes refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, 4 burner ceramic hob, washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms (including one en-suite to the main bedroom), living room with satellite TV including German and international programs, fireplace. WiFi Internet is provided free of charge. The own solar system ensures hot water. The bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens, so that a pleasant night should be ensured. The pool is maintained from Easter to the end of October. Pets are not allowed.
Roche Viejo is situated between steep cliffs and sandy bays, as well as the large pine forest. The location between pine forest and the sea is quiet. In the beautiful surroundings are several holiday houses. The famous excursion destinations Seville, Gibraltar, Tarifa (Tangier crossing!), Jerez and also the oldest city of Europe, Cadiz, are nearby. The route of the 'white villages' of Andalusia practically begins at the front door. The 'white village by the sea' Conil is about 4 km away. The distance to the next sandy beach is abt. 1,5 KM

Lovely house

We had a really lovely holiday at La Loria. The stand out feature for us was how comfortable it was outdoors. The pool was sparkling and clean at all times, sun loungers were comfortable, and the terrace provided welcome shade. Inside, the height of the living area meant that it remained relatively cool, and the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom worked well. Sunset from the bedroom terrace was spectacular!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist architektonisch sehr schön gestaltet. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Schwedenofen, den wir am Abend auch gerne eingeheizt haben. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Im Bad im EG gibt es Geruchsproblem und das Moskitonetz wurde vor unserem Besuch nicht gewaschen und die Blutflecken im Netz waren schon eklig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Handtücher haben nicht so gut getrocknet. Die Bettwäsche hingegen war einfach nur kuschelig.

Bel emplacement, magnifique jardin

Belle propriété . Un peu difficile à trouver ,se trouve au fond d un accès qui sert une autre maison double située à l avant de la loria ,le nom n étant pas indiqué à l entrée du portail nous avons du demander notre chemin. jardin très agréable et bien entretenu ,grande piscine propre , On nous demande d utiliser la douche extérieur avant d aller dans la piscine ce qui est normal ,mais ils faudrait la détartrer car le jet est très disparate… beau barbecue mais il manque le matériel pour le nettoyer ,nous avons dû investir dans une brosse En ce qui concerne l équipement intérieur nécessité de renouveller les couteaux qui ne coupent pas . Chambre agréable,bonne literie.Nous avons loué la maison 3 semaine et de ce fait je trouve que nous pouvons prétendre à trouver une serviette et un drap de bain per semaine ,idem pour les draps de lit, pour la cuisine nous avons eu droit à 2 serviettes pour les 3 semaines , il y a un lave linge mais celui ci ne doit pas servir pour le linge de maison ,vu que nous sommes en vacances .Le prix de la semaine est le même pour 1ou3 semaines les prestations doivent donc correspondre séjour agréable ,sauf la première semaine ou nos voisins était très bruyant.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus La Loria mit dem großen Pool und der schönen Gartenanlage sehr wohlgefühlt. Aufgrund der Uneinsehbarkeit des Grundstücks durch das viele Grün haben wir viele entspannte Stunden auch am Haus verbracht. Hinsichtlich der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Standort war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Conil und vieler weiterer Sehenswürdigkeiten im weiteren Umfeld (z.B. Cadiz, Jerez, Sevilla, Tarifa etc). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie viele Strände in Conil und Umgebung sind in wenigen Autominuten gut zu erreichen. Bei der Lage des Ferienhauses ist allerdings ein Auto unabdingbar. Wir können das Ferienobjekt weiterempfehlen und werden selber sicherlich wiederkommen.
