Villa Amaltea is a bright three-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Amaltea you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Amaltea is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Amalfi, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards) including 200 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Amaltea from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 22 steps. Because of its convenient location with just a few steps to climb, some traffic noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Amaltea. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from Villa Amaltea going down a route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 60 stairway steps. The above-ground pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden 1
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. You will be able to reach it along an external stairway, going down 20 steps. The garden is equipped with sofas and armchairs, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will be able to have fun with a football table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.
Garden 2
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the first garden along an external stairway, going down 20 steps. It is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.
Garden 3
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola and by trees. You will be able to reach it from the second garden along an external stairway, going down 20 steps. It is equipped with sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
Ground FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a L-shaped sofa. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a small high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has no windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 5
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 3
