The corridor to reach the room was smelly. The room itself was ok and big enough, however on cable TV, Italian channels were there but not playing: that was really annoying since this is the minimum expected service in a 4 star hotel!

The location is fantastic . I worked US hours and then went out every night at 11:00 pm to eat and drink with friends. It is across the street from the train and also a lot of bars and restaurants. The hotel is good but the WiFi is not great. I asked to be on a top floor and worked off my phone.

Stayed 3 nights for the Christmas Markets. Great location near Rudolfplatz tram/underground stops and just across the road from Nikolausdorf market. Was really easy to get around the city from here. Room was spacious with all the usual amenities. Receptionists spoke excellent English (as my German is rubbish!) and were very helpful. Nice atmosphere in the lobby bar at night too. I’d stay here again.

Stayed in a Superior Room on fifth floor. It’s a little tired and shabby in places, very hot in the room. AC doesn’t run cold in the winter. The double glazing doesn’t work too well either, so the room is noisy at night. The WiFi didn’t work at all.
