We had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, near Cologne cathedral and train stations. Great amenities although we wished they had laundry services. Highly recommend!

No phone in room to contact front desk. no option on tv for English subtitles or default language. No shampoo or conditioner in shower. Very little space on nightstand for anything or space anywhere for anything. no luggage rack for 2. un hospitable on arrival. Perfect proximity to the station and sightseeing. Did not have the breakfast as we wanted more then continental.

The property was just off the train stop and so was super convenient to get around the city. The decor was pleasing and the breakfast buffet was very nice with a wide range of selections. Enjoyed our stay!

Quiet base for city exploring

This is a great hotel for exporing Cologne. It is just over the river from the main centre but close enough to walk over the bridge or use public transport. Rooms were small but clean, modern and very quiet. Soundproofing is good.
