The room was good. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of choices. The rooms are cleaned on demand. The location is convenient - close to the Cologne Main Station and the cathedral.

Nice hotel and decent price. Room was simple and plain but good condition and clean. Stayed in worse (claimed) 4* in Germany. Didn't realise you had to hang a thing on door so room wasnt cleaned daily. No biggie but not mentioned when checking in. No fridge or mini bar. Booked 4 nights but managed a late flight after the third night so said to the receptionist i was checking out early. Mass confusion as he tried to find how to do this in his book without success.. he then told me "I'm not sure you can". Given i had paid the 4 nights and wasnt expecting a refund i laughed and said "i dont think you can stop me!" He then said he was new and only "been here year.." I bid him farewell and left.. 😂

The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed. I'm not sure how they landed on a 4* rating, but I'd put this hotel at hostel level. The website photos catfished me into booking this dire accommodation. The lights in the room won't go out unless the key card is taken out of the slot, but then my phone won't charge...! When I called reception he answered my call with "yeah?". Vile, tired, horrible hotel. Avoid!

Very convenient location, a ten minute walk from the Cathedral and main station. We arrived at 9.30 am, after leaving a river cruise, expecting to leave our bags in the luggage room, but our room was already available.

Convenient if characterless hotel

Handy for Cologne HBF, clean and efficient. Mostly a conference hotel, so no charm, but comfortable and does everything you need it to. A self-service breakfast was included and had plenty of options.

Nice looking property huge inside . Easy to find out 10min walk from train station. Arrived about 7pm due to travelling from Munich . Given a room on 4th floor . Went out for a meal returned later. Was awoken about 5am when cologne starts work . Dual carriageway road at back/side of property. Could not sleep again due to road noise - but went quiet about 8am. Obviously this is a city hotel so an amount of noise is a given and I noticed the windows were double glazed but probably needed more secondary glazing (for me). Room and facilities in room excellent . Breakfast good and plentiful. Looks like it’s used for large events/corporate events. If I was staying more nights I would have asked to change to an internal room but we were leaving for a flight that morning.
