I loved, loved, loved my room BUT I was originally put in a room that was a class below what I booked. After a few minutes of arm wrestling with Expedia, I was moved to the correct room. It’s also important to know that there is major construction taking place at this hotel that began promptly at 8 and lasted all day and if your room is on the side where it’s happening, it’s disruptive and jarring. This really should be disclosed prior to booking. Beyond that, the room was great. Nice view, good amenities and an unbeatable location.

We stayed at Legend Hotel in Cologne for two nights. The location is excellent, with many sights and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was modern, clean and cozy, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom also very nice. Unfortunately, the room was quite warm and the controls didn’t seem to cool it down properly, and nearby construction noise made it hard to sleep with the window open.

Hotel Legend is a wonderful and clean hotel with very modern furnishings. Located near restaurants, the Dom, and metro stations, it's the perfect place to stay. The restaurant downstairs closes at a reasonable time so the noise isn't too bad after closing, but you can hear the restaurant while it's open. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks
