Paradise View and Great Location

The property is well appointed and in a good location. It’s on the Dutch side and centrally located. It is just a short car ride in either direction to Mullet Bay, Simpson Bay or Phillipsburg and Orient Bay. What we loved most: the view, cooling pool, having a washer and dryer, and Luna the dog things to know; the property is on a steep incline and was initially a little difficult to find. Carrefour food market is very close and convenient for all your food shopping needs. The hosts were friendly and helpful. we found a great place to stay when we come to St Martin.

The view!

Great spot of tranquility on the island with a very close restaurant right on the water and a beach in a gated community. Highlight by far was the view from the property! Could lay in bed and watch boats out on the water and hummingbirds in the tree next to the pool. Could not have booked a better property!

The Perfect Island Stay

The property is even more beautiful then it looks in the photos! The pool on the deck is so refreshing and the purple pool light at night is so romantic. The deck views are stunning and the entire side of the house are windows. The owner lived above the property but we had complete privacy. The location is so perfect and on the sunset side of the island. We had views of cruise ships departing port at night. Close to a grocery store and a very short drive into town in Simpson Bay. We'll definitely stay here again the nest time we come to SXM. The most perfect Island getaway!

Fantastic!

Exceptional views!!!! Had all the necessities and more! The driveway is steep but the view makes up for that. We took a morning walk/run and this area was amazing for that. We ventured out every morning for a 3 to 5 mile trek. Also, we have been coming to St Martin for many years and this place was by far the best for us

Great stay!

We enjoyed our month stay at villa Stella. Great location offered amazing views and sunsets and a real sense of security. Loved the extra big showers and bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable and the unit was sparkling clean. There were only two things that I would love to see added; a large free standing umbrella for the deck and a larger refrigerator.

Wedding Anniversary vacation

I booked my 27th wedding anniversary stay at Villa Stella because of the spectacular view in the pictures. We were so amazed of the Villa which is located in a gated community. Everything was wonderful! The Villa was very clean and it had everything we needed to feel at home for 8 days. The private pool which is also a jacuzzi tub for a good 8 people was perfect. We used it everyday! The Villa is located in“Indigo Bay” which is a beautiful private community. It is about 15 minutes from the airport and close enough to everything. The host, Ramona and Lionel were wonderful. They responded quickly to all our questions and provided really great information and resources during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back and referring our friends and family.
