The space features two Separate dwellings: Magnolia House & Magnolia Cottage.
In the house, there are 3 well-appointed bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, and a full kitchen with everything you need for a relaxed stay — including a full-size fridge, washing machine, Dryer. Outside, enjoy multiple balconies to sit and enjoy with your friends/family - perfect for soaking up the morning sun, cooking on the BBQ or enjoying lazy afternoons — along with a private, fully fenced yard and undercover off-street parking.

Within walking distance, you’ll find the showground, the Coffs Ex-Services Club, Dan Murphy's and a range of local shops, pubs and cafes. The beautiful Coffs Harbour Botanic Gardens are just a short stroll away, offering the perfect spot for a morning walk, family picnic, or a peaceful escape into nature.
