Welcome to your perfect getaway! Nestled just 10 minutes from the lake and the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, this cozy and inviting home is the ideal retreat for families and pet lovers. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventures, local dining, or just a relaxing escape, you’ll find everything you need right at your doorstep. There is even a park/playground a half-block away and an outdoor office for a peaceful remote working environment! Silverwood is just a short 25 minute drive!

The Space:
The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with an additional dedicated outdoor office. The primary bedroom and bathroom are on the main level and the 3 additional bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs.

There is a pac n play, high chair, booster chair, baby monitor, and safety gate in the hall closet for families with little ones.

All of the spaces are included except the garage.

The property was perfect for our family reunion prior to a wedding. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. The space to dine and relax were perfect for our family group. The dog accommodations worked out well. Having a fenced yard was very helpful. The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to our needs and questions. We enjoyed our stay and would book it again in a heartbeat!Thank you!!!!
