Quaint, Quiet, Cozy Cove

The home was well stocked with everything we needed and wanted for a perfect stay at Cocoa Beach. The location was great. The neighborhood was clean and nicely updated. We highly recommend this home for a quiet and low key vacation.

2 great weeks in Cocoa Beach!

Outstanding property in a great location in Cocoa Beach. Easy walking distance to beach and "downtown" CB. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Megan is an outstanding host who was very responsive to questions. The attention to detail is obvious. We have already booked our next return stay.

Great Weekend!

My friends and I went for a guys weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The owners were great at communication from day one through the entire stay and were very accommodating and even got us checked in early. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was awesome, clean and kept warm.

Great holiday rental

Megan was a brilliant host, the communication and checking in on how the stay was going was absolutely first class. The house is immaculate, every detail is carefully considered and provided for. Location is a short walk from Cocoa beach centre - perfect as quiet yet every amenity within available in the vicinity. Would highly recommend as a great rental in a great spot with a great host.

AMAZING!!!

The home is beautiful and there are so many little touches that Megan does around the house to make it feel so warm and cozy. The location is perfect as many restaurants and shops are within walking distance, not to mention so is the beach. We will most definitely be returning.

Best Rental Home!

We had a great time at Reflections. The home is absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything you could need, and more! All of the little touches made the home so welcoming and we truly felt like we were at a home away from home. It is clear how much thought and effort the hosts have put into making their home a retreat. This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Megan was also very quick to respond and very informative. We definitely plan on booking again with Southbound Stays!

What an AMAZING experience and home away from home. We will definitely be back! Megan was so accommodating for our family and baby girl! The place was spotless and had so many amenities that others listings do not offer. This is worth every penny and more! Don’t hesitate, just book! You won’t regret it!

Really Impressed

We were blown away by the attention to detail to make us feel welcome and our stay easy. Megan thought of everything - even microwave popcorn for us when we arrived! The home has very well done decor and super clean and comfortable. The location was easy for us to walk to local restaurants, bars, and the beach. We felt like royalty in the pool overlooking the canal where a pod of manatees swam. We will be back.

Lovely House, Great Location!

Lovely House, Great Location!The house and location is beautiful and in a nice residential area. The house is immaculate, and the furniture and beds are quite comfortable. Sitting on the lanai was so peaceful! The heated pool was absolutely amazing and it included an area to set lounge chairs. The area is very walkable - just a few short blocks to the beach, surrounded by great local restaurants. Communication with Megan was excellent, and the response was usually within 5 - 10 minutes. The house provides all the essentials, and the location can't be beaten. Would definitely stay at this adorable house again.

Best vacation especially for families with kids!

We had the BEST experience at reflections! They literally thought of everything especially when it came to kids. There were so many touches that my husband and I were amazed were in the home from toiletries, toys, kitchenware and everything felt so clean! We also loved the kayak and fishing. The owners were responsive and accommodating. They even let us know about a launch which was a bucket list thing for us. By far the best home we’ve rented.

Best Place to Stay in Cocoa Beach, FL

We had an amazing stay at Reflections in Cocoa Beach, FL. The house is better than the pics. It has everything you could imagine and more. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything imaginable, the garage is filled with cool stuff to help you maximize your fun, the pool and hot tub is perfect, and the water view is so relaxing. We saw dolphins and manatees swimming as we sat on the dock. Megan, the host, is fantastic. She is quick to respond to any question and she has done an amazing job with this property. We can't wait to stay here again.

Our stay exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the home's cleanliness, thoughtful decor, and well-maintained amenities. The host was exceptionally communicative and helpful, providing detailed check-in instructions and great local recommendations. We especially appreciated the welcome snacks, notes, and goodies, which made our stay extra comfortable.The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the Space Coast Complex for our softball tournament. Whether we were sipping coffee on the porch or exploring the nearby trails, we felt completely at ease.We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway.

Magical Stay at Reflections!

Wow is the best word we can use to describe our stay at Reflections! A well appointed and comfortably furnished home that far exceeds expectations. Megan is a one-of-a-kind host, and she has thought of everything when it comes to providing her guests with a very warm and beautifully decorated home. During our stay our biggest dilemma each day was whether to walk to the beach, swim in the pool, or relax at the dock to watch for dolphins and manatees! Most days we made sure that we did all three...A perfect home for a relaxing getaway for a couple, or very suitable for families. Prime location nearby to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thanks again Megan!!

A True Oasis

What an incredible property! Megan thought of every little detail to make our stay relaxing, effortless, and entertaining. From coffee, tea, creamer, snacks, and an abundance of "need it, take it" toiletries, to thoughtful little bottles to fill with sand as a memento of our beach days. With all the games/toys to choose from in the credenza and the outdoor activities she provided (bikes, kayaks, fishing rods/gear, pool floats/toys) I wish I had several weeks to enjoy it all. The home is stunning, the pool incredibly relaxing, and at the end of the street is a park with playground, dog walk area, and another dock. I cannot wait to return for a much longer stay!
