Everything was great! Beach access was wonderful and beach chairs and supplies in the closet were so helpful. House was clean! No bugs! My family slept great. We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The bedrooms were huge and allowed for all of our kids to sleep in an actual bed (as opposed to some on a couch). The location and view were amazing, and the access to the beach was super convenient. The property owner communicated all the procedures clearly, and checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend at the beach

Had a great time celebrating our son’s 30th birthday in Cocoa Beach! Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Location is wonderful, walking distance to the pier and other restaurants. Tim was so easy to communicate with, very attentive! We would definitely stay here again.
