Este apartamento está ubicado en el segundo piso de un edificio de apartamentos que consta de 3 apartamentos. Ha sido completamente renovado en 2015 y recientemente ha sido amueblado y decorado con un aspecto fresco de playa. Es el lugar perfecto para parejas y familias pequeñas y está equipado para hasta 4 personas.

Relájese con una vista increíble desde el balcón abierto sobre el río banana. Mira las puestas de sol o delfines y manatíes. Explore el río Banana desde nuestro exuberante jardín con nuestros 2 kayaks o nuestro remo de pie o vaya a pescar.

Está a solo 2 minutos a pie cruzando la calle hacia el Océano Atlántico con sus extensas playas que invitan a caminar o surfear. Usualmente compartirás la playa con pocas personas. Para más entretenimiento, hay bares y restaurantes cerca, muchos con asientos directos en la playa o en la orilla del río.

Estás en una ubicación perfecta para muchas actividades entretenidas. Orlando está a solo 45 minutos en coche de los famosos parques temáticos y centros comerciales. En el horizonte se puede ver el mundialmente famoso Kennedy-Space-Center, que es muy interesante para explorar.

Dado que Cabo Cañaveral con su enorme puerto de cruceros está a solo 20 minutos en coche, sea nuestro huésped antes o después de su crucero.

Perfect Riverfront Retreat with Ocean Access

We had a lovely stay at this cute riverfront apartment! The location is unbeatable—nestled between the river and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, making it a perfect spot for water lovers. The apartment was cozy and well-kept, with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway.We could hear the neighbors at times, but everyone was so friendly that it added to the charm of the experience. If you're looking for a serene and scenic place with easy access to the beach, this is it! We'd definitely come back.

It was just what we expected. Bed was comfortable, great size shower. Place is a little dated however it was very clean, which to me is the most important! Loved being right on the water it was a real treat for us. Great value for your money.

Great place in Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful week at Dolphin Bay Cocoa Beach. Nice pool and no problem sharing it with other guests. We took the kayaks nearly everyday for a nice paddle to the mangroves. Dolphins passing by during the paddle. Unfortunately we didn't see any manatees this time. But we were told that as the hurricane just had passed by, they were still not back. Hopefully next time! We didn't use the SUP as it was too windy during our stay. The flat is great for two or three. The view from the balcony is just amazing... Sunsets are wonderful and we even saw dolphins while sitting there. We hope to be back one day!

Tolle Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Bananariver und nur wenige Meter zur Atlantikküste mit einem sehr breiten endlos langen Strand. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgrstattez, alles hat funktioniert und die Terrasse ist wunderbar gross. Wir emofehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt

Loved the location! Convenient to everything… pool was great, my husband loved watching all the fish jump in the river and the water is shallow so if you want to wade or paddle board you can. And the views were fantastic! Only reason I wouldn’t give excellent was because the shower was so small. I couldn’t bend over to shave my legs and the showerhead couldn’t be adjusted. The building itself was in ok shape, There were some exposed wires in places but I can ignore that. The shower was the biggest drawback for us.

We celebrated our silver anniversary here and really enjoyed it. We spent hours poolside, kayaking and in the lounge chairs. Great little spot on the river and beach is just across A1A. Just 10 mins away from tourist areas. Everything was as we expected!

Absolutely amazing

The property is absolutely beautiful!! The view from the balcony can’t be beat!! Short walk to the beach! The bed is comfortable. Loved that there is a huge stock of towels and rags! Everything you need to prepare meals here. Especially loved the dishwasher. There are many fun games here, and even some books to read! Most beautiful spot to see the sunset!

This was an absolutely beautiful location. We found it just on random search through VRBO It was so gorgeous and so relaxing it actually made our vacation more memorable than we ever could have imagined. The place was so breathtaking we actually spent more time there than we did exploring the area.

The location was great. This was my first time on the river side of Cocoa. The rental is small but functional. The kitchen is small as well and could use more “staples” - plastic wrap or foil, a baking sheet, etc. A few more channels on the tv would have been nice on the rainy nights. The pool was very nice and refreshing after a day on the beach.

Location location location

We had a wonderful time here. Our car broke down when we arrived which meant we spent alittle bit more than planned. But, staying here we didn't really need the car except to go home. The pool was wonderful, beach was a minute walk. The beach was also pretty quiet and overall very nice.There were restaurants right around the corner and was able to have publix deliver groceries. Another highlight was watching 4 dolphins play the day after arrival. Place was clean and the view amazing. Will definitely be back again!

Wish We Had More Time

We had a great stay, the location was great, it was quiet and peaceful, but yet near plenty of things to do, see, and eat. I even saw some dolphins about 20 minutes before we left. The laundry room was nice as well, nice to have that option. Can’t wait to visit again, thank you. The only complaint is with the sliding glass door, it was very difficult to open and close.
