RIGHT ON THE BEACH!...Great Cocoa Beach location, with a more private stretch of beach, but still in close proximity to Cocoa Beach Pier, and very close to the Port Canaveral cruise terminals. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is spacious, bright, and mixes a new and retro look. It is a second floor unit, and has some views of the ocean from the living room and bedrooms. Since we are located on the beach, it's at your beckon call, morning, noon or night! Take a stroll, a swim, fish, or try a surf lesson . In the cooler weather, open a window and fall a sleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing on the beach. You can also have an excellent view of the frequent rocket launches without leaving the grounds! The condo is well appointed, with new appliances, smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms, and we have cable and wireless internet. The bedrooms have queen beds, and the couch folds out to a full size sleeper. For your convenience we have beach chairs, easy pop up shelter, a beach utility cart (to get your stuff out there), sand toys, a pack n play, boogie boards, and a skim board. There is also a fresh water shower station to rinse off when you leave the beach. If you have a larger group, we also can rent you a second condo in the same complex. See listing# 7121431.
