Wonderful family vacation

My family of 4 rented the Abaco Suite with my sister’s family of 4. Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and Adam was very easy to communicate with. Quick walk to the beach and easy drive to any restaurant, grocery store etc. Absolutely no complaints - we will plan a return trip!

Perfect for a family- well appointed and tastefully furnished

The suite was everything we hoped for. Nice area to entertain family. Everything was brand new with quality furnishings. The landlords were gracious. Also the location is convenient to activities and the beach/ pier. We also enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area.

We had a combined vacation/softball trip. This place was great and was definitely a home away home. It had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Pictures didn’t do it justice! We definitely hope to return. Hosts were very helpful and nice!!

Amazing place to stay and so close to the beach!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay! The House was very clean and had all the essentials needed to cook if we desired so. My mother uses a walker to get around and had no issues getting around the house at all. The pool was very refreshing and nice to relax in. The beach is only a block away and was a very easy walk. The owners were extremely easy to work with and very kind. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at such a beautiful place!

Wonderful!

I brought my swim team to Cocoa beach for a training trip and stayed at the property. It has a really nice patio and pool, and everything is really clean and new. Two blocks from a nice beach as well. We had a great time! There are three houses connected that share the patio and pool. I must have missed this on the description, otherwise I would have rented the other houses as well!

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Abaco Suite! We have rented many houses for vacations (never through VRBO) and this was the cleanest rental we have ever been in! It was spotless. The house was beautiful. The pool is very relaxing. But with having young kids, the back porch was great as a play area as well. Everything you could need or want during your stay is provided! Adam and Patricia were wonderful! Very friendly and they do whatever they can to make sure you are comfortable and happy. This was a great first experience with VRBO.

Great for families

The property is in a quiet residential area of Cocoa beach and is about a 1.5-block walk to the beach. It is accessible for people with some mobility issues, but probably wouldn't work for somebody who uses a wheelchair. The space is nicely separated, so an early bird and night owl could stay there without waking each other up. Both bathrooms have showers that are tall enough for people over six feet. The kitchen is large enough to cook for a family. The yard is fenced, so the outside space feels usable.

The property is very nice and communication with owner/mgrs was good. Only big disappointment was that there was no workable grill as promised and they did not correct the problem when we said that we did intend to grill while staying there.

Great Getaway

This was a wonderful rental that was even better than the pictures. It was quiet, a close walk to the beach and other local attractions, and an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and Orlando. The pool was warm and clean. The set up of the rental is perfect for a family and the beach towels, boogey boards, and cooler were nice touches.

Great Place

We had a great time at this location. 5 minute walk to the ocean and all the things you would need for the ocean, chairs, cooler, towels, and boards too. The owners were super pleasant and easy to reach. Would total rent from them again. Had a wonderful time.
