There was no hot water only very lukewarm in the shower and kitchen sink. Not suitable to wash the dishes ect.. also batteries in remote for air conditioner had expired so used the two from tv remote, Small details but inconvenience especially the lack of hot shower after long drive, and some health concerns re poor kitchen hygiene of plates etc due to no hot water wash up

Admin staff rude asked us to pay again even though we could prove we had paid wotif very unfriendly and ruined our stay and wouldn't let us check in just one hour prior even though i was ill found mould in shower and smallest kitchen i have ever seen had no counter space had to put plates on bed wouldn't stay again
